Vincent Piront renovates the roof of Garage Zune in Libramont in preparation for solar installation

S.A. Vincent Piront is currently carrying out a complete roof renovation project at Garage Zune, located in Libramont, in the province of Luxembourg. This 1,170 m² project is part of a proactive approach to improving energy performance.

High-performance insulation and durable waterproofing
All roofs benefit from enhanced thermal insulation with the installation of 100 mm PIR panels, ensuring high thermal resistance (see our PIR insulation solutions).

This insulation is protected by a Sika 18G synthetic waterproofing membrane, installed with precision to ensure long-lasting waterproofing, perfectly suited to the mechanical stresses typical of industrial buildings.

Preparation for photovoltaic installation
Anticipating the future installation of solar panels, our teams have installed a Sikaroof mounting system, designed to securely attach solar modules without compromising the roof’s waterproofing. This solution is ideal for projects combining roof renovation with energy transition goals.
