Vincent Piront works on the roofing of the new Eiffage Énergie buildings in Ans (Liège)

S.A. Vincent Piront is currently involved in the construction of the new Eiffage Énergie buildings, located in Ans (province of Liège). This large-scale project includes the complete execution of the industrial roofing, covering a total surface area of 4,963 m².

A roofing system adapted to specific constraints
The project is divided into two distinct technical zones:

• 3,775 m² are covered with a TPO Sika synthetic waterproofing membrane, ensuring long-term durability and compatibility with today’s thermal and environmental standards;

• 1,188 m² are sealed with a bituminous waterproofing system, better suited to the specific demands of this part of the building.

Double-layer mineral wool insulation
The entire roof system benefits from a dual-layer mineral wool insulation, installed across the surface for a total thickness of 200 mm, providing:

• excellent thermal and acoustic insulation,

• high fire resistance,

• full compliance with current energy regulations.
