The client’s request was based primarily on improving the acoustic insulation of the building.

This is obviously linked to the activity of the company (concert hall and discotheque) and the proximity of the neighbours.

We therefore suggested placing a chipboard, Phonotech DK160 acoustic panels and a SIKA 15G membrane directly on the existing sandwich panel roof.

The roof structure of the building had to be reinforced as a result of this extra weight and fire damage prior to our intervention.

The renovation of this roof proved to be very complex due to the very limited access to the roof.

The work went very well and the client is very satisfied.
