Vincent Piront and Louwet Constructions complete the roofing works for Melimo SA in Hannut

In collaboration with Louwet Constructions SA, S.A. Vincent Piront recently completed the roofing works for the Melimo SA building in Hannut, Wallonia. The project covered a total surface area of 1,508 m² and involved specific technical requirements related to the client's operations.

A roofing system tailored to a specific use
Given the particular needs of the building's intended use, our teams applied a bituminous vapor barrier as a base layer, designed to effectively control moisture migration through the roof system. This was followed by:

• 200 mm of EPS insulation, providing excellent thermal performance (see our roofing insulation solutions);

• A 1.8 mm TPO waterproofing membrane, mechanically fastened to ensure a solid, durable installation suitable for industrial conditions.
