Doculine entrusts Vincent Piront with the roofing of its new industrial building in Jodoigne

The company Doculine SPRL entrusted S.A. Vincent Piront with the construction of the roof of its new industrial building located in Jodoigne, Wallonia. This project, carried out in collaboration with the general contractor Altez S.A., covered a total surface area of 500 m².

A high-performance roofing system
The base structure consisted of a steel deck, a common choice for next-generation industrial buildings. The client opted for a high-performance roofing assembly, composed of:

• A vapor barrier, ensuring effective control of moisture within the building envelope;

• 100 mm PIR insulation panels, providing excellent thermal resistance (see our roofing insulation solutions);

• A SIKA 15G waterproofing membrane, meticulously installed to guarantee long-lasting protection across the entire surface.
