Concert hall and entertainment
This theatre, which was a number of years old, was originally designed with no particular soundproofing. Following recent music concerts which have generated a very significant degree of bass noise, local residents wanted something to be done. The client’s requirement was for sound insulation to be fitted to the existing roof and for it to be recovered and waterproofed. The result has made a clear difference. The client is now considering a similar modification for the façade to achieve complete and even insulation throughout the building.
